Started using a 5-minute “standards check” at the end of my last note — PHQ-9, a quick C-SSRS link, and updated risk language — so I’m compliant without a scramble. It’s cut my after-hours charting and makes supervision cleaner; I’d skip anything longer than 10 minutes, @Maya, or it becomes another burden. If helpful, here’s the C-SSRS home page we embedded: https://cssrs.columbia.edu/.

Building on @b_waters52, I do a 2-minute prep block before sessions: load an EHR smart phrase aligned to the new assessment standards, pull up the safety-plan snippet, and set a timer — stops the end-of-day scramble. If things are crisis-heavy, I skip the timer and just flag three must-capture items in the header.
