Co-designing a neighborhood care hub

We’re lining up a 10-week pilot at the Maple Street Library on Tuesdays 4–7 pm to co-locate social work drop-ins with housing and food access navigation, co-designed with a resident advisory group, and I’m looking for lessons on shared consent, warm handoffs, and avoiding burnout. If you’ve done similar cross-agency setups, what made the flow feel safe and dignified for residents while keeping it sustainable for staff?
